Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Provider course 

***This CPR course uses the updated 2020 AHA & ARC curriculum***

Heartsaver courses are intended for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for a job (Teachers, Daycare staff, etc.) or other requirements (e.g., OSHA). These courses can also be taken by anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting. This video-based, instructor-led course teaches students the critical skills to respond to and manage an emergency until emergency medical services arrive. It uses the AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, allowing instructors to observe the students, provide feedback, and guide their learning skills.

 Course highlights the importance of:

• Adult CPR and AED Use
• Opioid-associated Life-threatening Emergencies
• Child CPR and AED Use
• Infant CPR
• Choking in an Adult, Child, or Infant
• First Aid Basics
• Epi-Pen

CPRXPRESS Heartsaver Provider Courses can be completed as CPR/AED only, First Aid Only, First Aid and CPR/AED, or Pediatric First Aid and CPR/AED.

This course can meet all requirements for USCG (AMERHA-216) and OSHA.

***This class does not meet the criteria for most Healthcare jobs. Please look for our Basic Life Support (BLS) offerings if you work in a Healthcare job.***

Course completion certificate:

An American Red Cross Provider certificate* (valid for 2 years).

*CPR provider cards are in E-Card format. 

Provider E-cards are provided within 24 hours from course completion.

A $30 Rescheduling or late fee applies to all students who are late or miss a scheduled class.
